What does JyskHub cost?
There is a free plan you can stay on for as long as you like — it is not a trial. Paid plans start at 299 DKK per month, and you can cancel anytime.
What happens when the month's AI answers run out?
The assistant does not disappear. It tells the customer honestly that it has answered all it can this month, takes the message and saves it in your inbox so you can reply personally. You are notified at 80 percent, and again when they are used up. The counter resets on the 1st.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You paste one line of code into your website — it takes two minutes. Prefer help? We'll set it up for you.
Which languages does it speak?
It automatically replies in the language your customer writes in — Danish, English and most others. You write your knowledge once.
What if it can't answer?
It says so honestly and hands the conversation to you instead of guessing. You're notified immediately.
How is JyskHub different from other chatbots?
We don't compete on being the cheapest. JyskHub replies fluently in Danish, not a translated English-first bot, it uses your knowledge base as its primary source and hands uncertain questions to a person. Prefer help setting it up? We'll do it for you for free.
What about GDPR and my data?
JyskHub is designed with European data protection requirements in mind. Primary service data is hosted in Europe where possible; documented subprocessors may process limited data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards. A data processing agreement is available.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The subscription is monthly with no lock-in and runs until the end of the month.
Is JyskHub ready for the EU's new AI Act?
On the part that applies to you as a customer with an assistant on your site: yes. The assistant always states that it is an AI — including if you give it a human name, and after a human has taken over the conversation. The law (Article 50) generally applies from 2 August 2026. You still need to assess your own specific use — see the full breakdown under Security.
